Does my deposit go toward my final payment?

Yes, when you come in to your appointment you will pay the remaining balance of the craft of your choice.

How long does my craft take?

Depending on the item you choose, for any of the painting crafts it could BE between 1-2 hours. For rug tufting it can take between 2-4 hours depending the size of your rug.

Are food and drinks allowed?

We do offer complimentary water and a small snack selection for purchasing. There are food places in the area that you can enjoy prior to your appointment.

Can I bring a guest if they are not tufting or painting?

Our stations are designed to fit you and the supplies you’ll need. For your own safety and comfort, only one person per station.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! :) We will supply you with everything you need for your craft.

What do I wear?

Whatever makes you the most comfortable and will allow you to move freely. If your hair is down, please bring a hair tie to pull it back.

What if I am running late?

We ask you to call our studio number so we can adjust as needed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to give up your time. We can not ensure the quality and the completion of all rugs if your time is cut too short.

What is your Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All sales are final. Unfortunately no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule we ask that you contact us 48 hours in advance. 702-395-3349

If I cannot make my reservation, can I send someone in my place?

Yes, give us a call to change reservation information. 702-395-3349 (Deposit is non-refundable)

Can I book a private or group class?

Yes! We welcome all parties and events. Let us help arrange that but contacting us by phone (702-395-3349) or email groups@vibesdiystudio.com

What is rug tufting?

Tufting is an activity using a tufting gun that loops yarn into fabric to create your own personal art rug. Tufting is typically done in these steps as followed: tracing, tufting, gluing, trimming and applying the backing.

Is tufting difficult?

It’s not as intimidating as it looks. We will have a practice frame for YOU to test the basic movements and techniques before you start your session. We’ll be there to guide you along the way, but what’s most important is to relax, and get lost in your art while HAVING FUN!

Is trimming included?

Every class includes time for you to cut and trim your rug. You will be supplied with the equipment towards the end of making your rug. We do offer our assistance with trimming for an additional cost. This does require you to come back and pick up your rug at a later day. Please reference our pricing menu.

What if I don’t finish my rug?

We’ll work with everyone from design selection to ensure that you have as much time as possible to tuft and complete your design. Choosing your design is important. The more details, the longer it can take you. If you don’t finish your craft, we can schedule you to return to finish for an additional studio fee.
